Responsibilities
To create product implementation plan with sales and marketing department.
To lead investigations and solve customers' problems
To attend to service calls in field and supporting service repairs.
To handle customer complaints according to set procedures.
To develop, implement service management system, auditing of service partners and perform effective warranty administration.
To create training plans for service partners and customers
To develop and implement technical support programs
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience
Service orientated, dynamic personality with hands-on ability to fix issues
Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Possess good communication skill and high level of attention to details and accuracy of work.
