• Responsible for project management, Cloud Deployment, implementation, testing, support and maintenance of Cloud Hosting Environment.
• Provide support, act as liaison/ consultant for Deployment of SaaS solution on the Cloud Environment.
• Support team members in the continuous effort to enhance and upgrade existing Hosting environment to support changes in the technology and business environment
• Provide good service and timely response to the needs of external customers and within the office
• Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management
• Report on the progress of goals and objectives
• Monitor performance progress with management

• Diploma,Higher NITEC or equivalent in Information technology, Computer Studies
• Ability to respond rapidly and professionally to problems originating from customers
• Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Knowledge in Cloud Hosting, MS .net or SQL environment an added advantage
