Position Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge on hardware and Windows/Android operating systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and handling complex repairs
  • Fluent in English and Local Language
  • Able to train and cascade information to the service partner team
  • Collaborate with Lenovo Service Providers to resolve customer issues effectively
  • Proven ability to learn new and complex technology
  • Strong customer management skills and ability to manage difficult customers
  • Able to prioritise in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Able to problem solve and think laterally
  • Solid IT Support experience for end-user (Onsite/Remote support)
  • Hand on experience on PC hardware or software installation / removal
  • Systematic and logical thinking
  • Self-motivated to work and learn
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Lenovo products
Skills
  • Solid Hands-on experience with PC/Tablet products
  • Technical Knowledge on Client (Desktop, Notebook & Tablets)
  • Structured Troubleshooting Techniques
  • Good ability to communicate ideas, sound knowledge of MS Products
  • Strong Services Industry and 'ITIL' acumen
