Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce the product documentation for the industrial automation solutions (Chemical Plant, Power Plant and Oil Refineries).
- Manage and use budgeted time and resources to produce expected results without delays.
- Convey complicated ideas into simple instructions for international users.
- Apply topic-based authoring and content architecture techniques to produce easy-to-use manuals.
- Communicate and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand the requirements.
- Structure complex information into an organized and logical format.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or other relevant quialifications.
- 0 - 2 years of working experience in writing the technical documents or manuals for software/related products.
- Experience in authoring and publishing content for external customers, and using a content management system.
- Possess knowledge in Adobe Acrobat, other XML authoring tools, JIRA, Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Visio)
- Excellent questioning and listening skills
- Ability to understand highly technical contents
