Job Description

Overall 6 years of relevant experience as Senior Technical Writer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing product documentation strategy for Customers and enabling products. You will develop documentation External Design Specifications (EDS), User Guides, Technical Reference Manuals, Getting Started Guides, Platform Design Guides (PDG), etc. Gather information from subject matter experts and other relevant sources Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and deliver quality documentation that is accurate, thorough, and meets project deadlines Participate in project meetings and provide feedback on documentation deliverables and project status Develop technical documentation, including datasheets, application notes, guides,andmanuals. Develop and maintain the user documentation of the design automation methodology Work closely with design automation team and communicate effectively at all levels Write and format documents to adhere to established corporate standards Develop documentation including product guides, demos, tutorials, code starter kits, design specifications, technical blogs that meets organisational needs and standards. Digest and summarise complex technical concepts into easily understandable conceptual, how-to and reference guides without losing accuracy. Work with product managers, designers, and development team in driving content strategy to improve product onboarding and adoption. Lead pilots to evaluate content formats, types and medium to build content cadence recommendation for Product Managers Use digital tools to create accurate representations of software products Participate in formal document control processes * Manage all technical documentation responsibilities for multiple projects simultaneously
