Technician (building Maintenance/autocad/up $3200+aws)

Job Description
Job duties:
- Performing maintenance for building facilities & conducting preventive maintenance especially for air-conditioning, fire alarm, & lighting related unit
- Coordinating well with contractors & building management if major repair required
- Supervising all facility equipment to detect possible breakdown.
- Preparing necessary documents & checklist to ensure proper regulation compliance.
- Using AutoCAD to draft building structure floor plan, ACMV plan & unit list, electrical plan and SOPs
- 2 to 4 years hands on experience in building maintenance
- Experience in air-con, lighting, HVAC, & fire alarm repairing and troubleshooting
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Working days: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Salary package: Basic salary Up $3200 + Overtime payment + AWS
