Job Description
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and carry out minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, builder, etc) for the building and related facilities
- Supervise sub-contractors who carry out approved repair works and scheduled maintenance
- Assist Facility Executive & Officer to execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress
- Assist Facility executive & Officer to attend to tenant's feedback on the building and related facilities
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required
- Min. Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, Building/FacilitiesManagement or relevant disciplines
- 1 year relevant experience
- Willing to work 5 days' work week on rotating shifts and in Jurong Island preferred
- Preferably possess own transport
