Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To provide on-site service of equipment sold
• To set up and install smart home devices.
• To provide a weekly update on the jobs done to Manager
• On Site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system and auto gate system
• Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients\' premises.
• Able to trace / rectify root cause.
• Pro-actively support other tasks (including ad-hoc projects) as assigned.
• Setup and install Smart Home Systems such as Google Home/Alexa systems.
• Setup rules and logic for smart home system
• Install smart home devices such as BOSCH fridge, LG/Samsung TV, Sonos Sound system, Broad link, Xiaomi, Mi Home etc.
• Setup Networking solutions within client\'s home
• Managing inventory and preparation for onsite implementation
• Plan and solution for smart home solutions
• Plan and solution for networking solutions
• Plan and solution for CCTV solutions
• Engage & manage vendors for onsite implementation.

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skill
• Willing to learn, training is provided.
• Knowledge on IT is an advantage.
• Driving licence is an advantage.
• Experience in CCTV is a must.
