Job Summary:

• Basic: Up to $3,000 + $30 mobile allowance + $300 standby allowance
• Working Days and Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6.30pm, but need to standby in case of emergency on weekends/after office hours
• Location of work: Tai Seng

Job Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring panel for office building and retail stores.
- Perform general building maintenance.
- Repair and maintain lighting fixtures.
- Carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, ACMV and general building services.
- Perform troubleshooting and recommend appropriate corrective solutions.
- Constantly improve the work processes.
- Knowledge in plumbing and audio systems are added advantages.
