Key Responsibilities
Perform soldering and testing of electronic products
Troubleshoot PCBA and assembled units to component level
Operate and maintain test machines and equipment
Support production output according to daily targets
Report issues promptly and follow SOPs and safety standards
Maintain records and documentation of production activities
Requirements
NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related field
Entry-level (training provided)
Hands-on, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety procedures
Good communication and collaboration skills
