We have strong support from our investors having raised multiple rounds of funding, and we have plans for our next round very soon. YOUR ROLE We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Senior Technician/Technician, Field Support who can help support new installations in the field as well as maintaining existing installations to ensure that all of our retail setups are operating correctly. This role involves working with multiple teams and departments and providing excellent communication to all parties. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To identify and troubleshoot technical problems in different types of vending machines and Coffee Machines.
  • To rebuild or repair cooling systems in different types of vending machines.
  • Servicing of Machines (Partial Service) every month.
  • Delivering of Ingredients to Customers
  • Assisting Logistics when necessary
  • Managing spare parts and machine / equipment as well as maintenance budget.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum ITE / Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/IT
  • Possess a relevant certificate
  • Preferable Electrical trained with at least 1 to 2 years relevant experience
  • Must possess valid driving license (Class 3 driving license) and willing to travel
  • Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to analyze, diagnose and resolve account service issues
  • Possess IT skills in MS Windows, desktop hardware and network environments
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and customer oriented
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Independent and results oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,600.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Overtime pay
