As a Technician lll under DSM Flex Production, you are tasked to operate automated manufacturing equipment to produce, package and sterilize contact lenses ensuring products produced are of acceptable quality level.
In this role, a typical day will include:Handle highly complex technical tasks to support production operations and enhance efficiency Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, and quality standards Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis Make significant decisions within task scope, requiring advanced technical skills Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining documentation


What You'll Bring to AlconProfessional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma Experience in GMP controlled manufacturing/production environment is an advantage Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts (Monthly rotation from day to night shift and vice versa)
