This role is actively involved in troubleshooting, maintaining, and enhancing our Club's Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, directly contributing to a seamless and comfortable experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborates with the Maintenance Executive on daily operational tasks, encompassing both preventive and reactive maintenance. Identifies and resolves issues by troubleshooting Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) equipment. Provide on-site supervision for contractors. Contributes to system enhancement projects as needed. Any other duties as assigned to support Maintenance operations.

Requirements

Possesses a minimum NTC 2/3 certification in Mechanical or Building Services. At least one (1) year of relevant experience in a similar operational setting. Demonstrates knowledge of air-conditioning, electrical systems, sound systems, and plumbing. A valid plumber license is highly advantageous. Previous experience within the hotel or Club industry would be a plus. Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
