Job Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site checks and repairs
• Attend to all work orders issued by operations and management and ensure quality works are being carried out on time schedule
• Coordinate and supervise with contractors on repair works
• Job may include moving stocks, inventory checks
• Perform any ad-hoc and daily electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance when required
• Perform periodic and daily servicing of park\'s facilities
• Report and recommend buying of critical spares and consumables for various facilities repair and improvement and participate in facilities improvement projects
• Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to safety standard
• Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations

Job Requirements

• At least \'O\' levels or equivalent, diplomas are an advantage, candidates with less qualifications but more years of working experience can be considered
• Have a basic command of English
• Preferably experience to be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to fatigue, noise, dust, and be able to access all areas of the property including those at height
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
• Must be able to cope and perform with minimum supervision and at times independently, as well as under pressure.
• Able to commit to weekends/shift work, long hours when necessary
• Able to start work immediate or with short notice
• Ability to do night works at short notice
• Experience in Building Maintenance, ACMV and Electrical works would be advantageous
• A team player with experience working in an indoor playground environment is preferred
