This position is for Allgreen Properties (Tanglin Mall), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.Carry out building inspection. Identify building defectsCarry out maintenance and improvement worksManage tenantsxe2x80x99 feedback on maintenance worksProvide technical support and trouble-shooting to Building SystemsNITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioningPreferably 2 yrsxe2x80x99 experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environmentShift work involved: 8am-4pm / 3pm-11pm (8-hour shifts)
