Job Title Technician (Physical Career Fair @ Johor Bahru) SummaryCome Join Us! We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team.We look forward to seeing you at the recruitment event below:Date: 31 May 2024 and 1 June 2024Time: 9.30am to 4.30pmLocation: DoubleTree by Hilton @ Johor Bahru(Directions will be provided at hotel lobby / please approach the concierge for more information upon arrival at the hotel)Please find the 3 different technician roles / job descriptions as follows:About the Role:1. Building Maintenance:

• Provide front line engineering support for M&E and building services
• Attend to breakdowns, servicing, repairing and emergency requests
• Manage fire command center system like Building Management System (BMS), Fire Alarm and ACMV system etc.
• Good hands on skill for corrective work action for M&E system.

OR2. ACMV:

• Servicing of ACMV equipment including filter replacement, chemical cleaning, belt check, replacement of actuator, valves, controller, motor/bearing, basic troubleshooting
• Inspection of electrical panels and meter readings, testing of M&E system

OR3. Lift Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of lifts
• Troubleshoot and restore lift breakdowns
• Attend call backs/breakdowns and emergency duties as and when required

About You:

• Diploma in Facilities Management / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
• Fresh / experienced Facilities Management professionals are welcome to apply
