We are seeking dynamic and passionate individuals to join our team.We look forward to seeing you at the recruitment event below:Date: 31 May 2024 and 1 June 2024Time: 9.30am to 4.30pmLocation: DoubleTree by Hilton @ Johor Bahru(Directions will be provided at hotel lobby / please approach the concierge for more information upon arrival at the hotel)About the Role:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer\'s emails
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Manage customers\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and feedback with a good closure
- Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
- 5 days work week, includes weekend
- Up to 44 hours per week
- 8-hour rotation shifts (with night shift allowance)
- Preferably Degree or Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in Contact Centre environment will be an advantage
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Completion bonus every 6 months - twice a year!
