What You'll Be Doing

As a Technician, you will support daily workshop operations and uphold the highest standards in vehicle servicing and maintenance.


Assist the foreman in technical, housekeeping, safety, and administrative matters to meet franchise standards for repairs and maintenance. Interpret, implement, and enforce safety, environmental, and industry regulations. Perform service and repair work according to manufacturer guidelines, using appropriate factory tools and repair manuals. Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage components. Report parts shortages and technical issues requiring external support to the workshop foreman. Prepare concise reports on completed repair jobs. Promptly update the foreman on job completion, collect next work orders, and clarify any doubts. Troubleshoot issues to support foreman in resolving customer complaints. Accurately clock in/out and record time to ensure productivity and compliance with manufacturer repair times. Ensure repairs meet "Fix It Right the First Time" standards and contribute to achieving workshop NPS targets. Maintain proper care of equipment and special tools. Comply with workshop safety procedures and warranty claim guidelines. Keep work bays clean, safe, and organized. Assist Aftersales Manager, Service Manager, Workshop Executive, Job Controller, Foreman, and Technical Executive with ad hoc tasks.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum NTC 2 or Nitec in Automotive-related courses, or GCE 'O' Level with relevant certifications. Professional Certificate in Automotive Technician (Malaysia) preferred. At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Experience with electric vehicle service and maintenance is highly desirable. Hands-on experience in vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs using diagnostic tools. Knowledge of electrical wiring diagrams and automotive electronics. Strong interpersonal skills, quality orientation, and customer focus. Ability to work effectively as a team player.
