Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Technician to manage the maintenance of building facilities services. You will help in facilitate on work repair costing as required. You will be working together with a team of technicians.

What will you do

• Responsible in the maintenance of building facilities services like electrical, mechanical and facilities equipment
• Responsible for minor work repair and rectification to building and equipment, Building A&A / defect rectification works
• Responsible in conducting audit and site inspection
• Responsible in conducting regular preventive maintenance program to building equipment and services
• You will supervise and audit on subcontractor for equipment maintenance and rectification
• Responsible in liaising with customer on all maintenance program to ensure minimum to no disruption
• Help to find competitive vendor/supplier to carry out facility maintenance/repair work
• Prepare and submit monthly facilities maintenance / repair report

What do we want

• Higher NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant Facilities Management discipline, with minimum 3 years relevant experience; or
• NITEC (or equivalent) in relevant Facilities Management discipline, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
• Minimum SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) of relevant Facilities Management discipline accredited by BCA, with minimum 5 years relevant experience; or
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Comfortable and able to work in hospital setting/environment
• Enjoy working in team
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Able to commit to 5.5 days work week
