: The incumbent shall be well verse with ACMV, Building, Fire response system / DECAM, Electrical and Mechanical rectification/mitigation measures to ensure customer satisfaction within the refinery facilities. Review maintenance schedule and plan the task activities for the team Review completed works and checklists and ensure accurate recorded work order completion Ensure maintenance jobs are completed in accordance with the standards, all corporate policies and legislated regulations. Review service reports and escalate any finding or action that is required. Report/update maintenance performance/program. Assist in the Development, maintenance and the regular review and test of SOP/EOP. Provide assistance to Manager during major activities. Provide technical training to the team when required. Escalate incidents appropriately and provide support during incident resolution. Perform risk identification process to minimise severity or frequency of incidents. Ensure prompt repairs by responding to breakdowns in accordance to priorities and SLA. Assign work as per emergencies and plant priorities. Promote communication as well as good relations between the production and the maintenance departments. Liaise with Neste stakeholders. Support in the preparation of reports when required. Accountable for the QEHS performance of activities within your scope of work. Carry out duties in accordance with company's management policy, procedures and work instructions. Be aware of significant HSE risk, actual or potential, of your work activities and the HSE benefits of improved personal performance. Job Requirements Higher NITEC ,Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant experience in FM discipline and or Minimum SEC (Skill Evaluation Certification) of relevant FM discipline accredited by BCA, with minimum 5 years relevant experience or Need to attend Apply Work Place Safety & Health in Process Plant course and to attend Site Induction Course (SIC) at site. Able to commit to attend breakdown calls on either after office hours or weekends including public holidays. Ability to take initiative and effectively operate with general direction. Work well in team and people of different culture Basic analytical and quantitative skills. Knowledge on Fire Alarm System, Access Card System, Fencing Intrusion Detection System, Fire Protection System and other M & E Systems. Knowledge of using troubleshooting tools (pliers, screw drivers, spanner, multimeter etc.) Able to work under critical time pressure Able to work Overtime as and when operational requirements or work urgency entails. Salary -$2600 - $3000. Working hours: Mon to Friday, 8am to 5pm, Sat, 8am to 12pm.
