Technician Supervisor shall be well verse with ACMV, Building, Fire response system / DECAM, Electrical and Mechanical rectification/mitigation measures to ensure customer satisfaction within the refinery facilities.

Job Responsibilities
1)Review maintenance schedule and plan the task activities for the team
2)Review completed works and checklists and ensure accurate recorded work order completion
3)Ensure maintenance jobs are completed in accordance with the standards, all corporate policies and legislated regulations.
4)Review service reports and escalate any finding or action that is required.
5)Report/update maintenance performance/program.
6)Assist in the Development, maintenance and the regular review and test of SOP/EOP.
7)Provide assistance to Manager during major activities.
8)To liaise with Vendors to come out quotations and provide follow ups.
9)Provide technical training to the team when required.
10)Escalate incidents appropriately and provide support during incident resolution.
11)Perform risk identification process to minimise severity or frequency of incidents.
12)Ensure prompt repairs by responding to breakdowns in accordance to priorities and SLA.
13)Assign work as per emergencies and plant priorities.
14)Promote communication as well as good relations between the production and the maintenance departments.
15)Liaise with Neste stakeholders.
16)Support in the preparation of reports when required.
17)Accountable for the QEHS performance of activities within your scope of work.
18)Carry out duties in accordance with company\'s management policy, procedures and work instructions.
19)Be aware of significant HSE risk, actual or potential, of your work activities and the HSE benefits of improved personal performance.
20) Undertake any duties/projects, etc. as and instructed by the Superior

Job Skills

• Knowledge on Fire Alarm System, Access Card System, Fencing Intrusion Detection System, Fire Protection System and other M & E Systems.
• Knowledge of using troubleshooting tools (pliers, screw drivers, spanner, multimeter etc.)
• Able to work under critical time pressure
