Workshop Technician Working days & hours: 5 days, Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 6pm Salary: $2500 - $3500 Location: nearby Jurong East MRT : * Be responsible for maintenance, warranty and afte Workshop Technician Working days & hours: 5 days, Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 6pm Salary: $2500 - $3500 Location: nearby Jurong East MRT : Be responsible for maintenance, warranty and aftersales service of all the Company's products 2-way radio products, repeaters, walkie talkie, etc. Provide technical support to the daily repairs required in the Service and other divisions and ensure all equipment are repaired in the shortest turnaround time. Meet repair schedule and carry out maintenance service in accordance to the Department plans, process and procedures developed by the Supervisor. Provide customer services to all customers (including walk-in) in respect to repair works, attend to service enquiries and calls, generate repair quotations, etc. Perform outdoor servicing and resolve customers' equipment fault outside office as and when required. Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirement: Basic technical background knowledge Possess class3 driving license advantage
