Job Description

• Perform maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) tasks for aircraft components in accordance with technical manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Examine parts for maintenance, repair or replacement, troubleshoots component defects and take corrective actions to restore components to the desired performance requirements.
• Ensure and comply with airworthiness and legislative requirements, and the organization\'s safety, health and quality systems.
• Check and certify workshop maintenance test rigs, machinery and tools records; follow company procedures that relate to the accurate maintenance of aircraft components.
• Performs special processes and repair of composite structures, and documents all completed tasks.
• Identify components and parts that are unserviceable to raise parts requisitions.
• Perform quality control functions, including inspection of incoming materials and outgoing serviced items, and registration of non-conformances in accordance with the company procedures (Quality manual, AP&P, etc)
• Support in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements

• NITEC / Diploma in Aerospace / Engineering or related fields.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Possess a meticulous nature and a self-motivated working personality.
• Able to commence employment at a short notice will be advantageous.
• Working Location: Seletar (shuttle bus services will be provided).
