Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one or two application product and its operational aspects of patching, application support etc. For example , able to setup a websphere server in HA mode in PROD and looking at the application patches post setup.
• Familiar with handling and maintaining enterprise container architecture (3 tier architecture), up to 100 envs per site
• Part in application architecture sessions with build teams to provide inputs on integration points like Web services, gov interfaces for MQ and SFTP .
• Familiar with maintaining at enterprise Architectures including web application, Microservices.
• Familiar with DevSecOps tooling and automation concepts , able to build , maintain pipelines.
• Familiar with setting and defining operational processes.

• OS level patching
• Application-level patching
• Operational housekeeping and archival.
• Backup and recovery etc
• Familiar with gov level security concepts in hardening, scanning, security posture and mindset.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences

Technologies and Skills Required

• MSSQL/mySQL/db2 Technical Knowledge
• Windows OS, RHEL OS technical knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of security hardening , IM8 policies.
• Weblogic/Websphere Application Server Administration.
• Infra as Code using Ansible/Terraform Scripting (nice to have)

Good to have skills

• Familiar with agile process and tools so that can understand develop process and tools to support the delivery life cycle.
• Familiar with operations delivery of maintaining architectures (OS patching, application patches, performance monitoring/throughput, operational automation).
• Understanding of devsecops processes, continuous integration/deployment, pipelines. Familiar with technologies like gitlab, bamboo, Maven repository ,Artifactory , NPM will be a bonus.
• Familiar with windows, rhel Operating systems .

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
