Roles & Responsibilities Responsibilities:

• To perform a full-cycle of the project by working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the enhancement and maintenance projects runs in a smooth manner. This includes from gathering requirements to delivery.
• Building the trading platform to consume data from market data provider (Refinitiv) for multiple stock exchanges across Asia, EMEA, America’s and offered for digital channels including Mobile.
• Preparing test data for executing testcases.
• Verification of functional data stored in database using SQL.
• API testing using Postman for request/response.
• Analyzing the requirements and coming up with the solution for trading platform in terms of FIX XML tag, trade flows between Dealer- broker, Direct market access, STE, STP etc.
• Capturing regulatory requirements including data retention, mandatory reports ex. BRM reports, Surveillance reports etc.
• Analyses/clarification of the business requirements and conducting in-depth impact analysis on the application and coming up with detailed user stories.
• Creating user stories, user story estimation and conducting scrum ceremonies including Backlog Grooming Sprint planning and Retrospective along with the team.
• Alignment with solutioning /dev teams on technical feasibility studies and Analyses of technical specifications .
• Maintaining traceability between BRD, User stories, TSD and Test Cases and supporting testing as functional SME.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelors degree with 3+ years of business analysis and project testing experience.
• Past experiences in writing requirements, use cases and release notes
• Knowledge of front office institutional equity trading from an application standpoint and knowledge of the business environment in general.
• Extensive work experience in Trading, STP, Regulatory, Audit projects and Digital platform of various Global Banks.
• Good understanding of Software Test Life Cycle.
• Very Good knowledge in Functional, Integration and System Testing.
• API Testing using Postman tool.
• Good knowledge in Smoke, Regression Testing.
• Extensive knowledge in writing Test Cases, Reviewing Test Cases and testcase execution.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Data Migration Analysis, Data Quality Management, Business Integration – Training/Communication
• Equities Trading, Trade STP, STE, CARE flow, Dealer initiated order, Client initiated orders, FIS, DZH, FIX, Auto routing, Trade messages for ACK, BRM reports, Client Front end
