Technology Consultant
Job Description
Technology Consultant (IT Infrastructures/IT Security) collaborate with the sales support or account team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations.In addition, they determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the organization's sales/business development and engineering groupsTechnology Consultant are technically skilled members who help customers draw up requirements and select the correct products and services. They also assist with technical questions or concerns during the sales process and frequently participate in the initial portion of the project specification process.Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Exposure with IT Infrastructure and IT Security products and services
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Exposed in Account and Relationship Management
- Very good negotiation skills
- Works well under pressure
