Job Description

As a member of Technology Operations team, your initiative and creative problem-solving will help propel global innovation in technology and business. Working with a team of motivated collaborators, you\'ll deploy and implement strategic technology solutions, ensuring the successful integration of network system and applications servers into existing and new technology infrastructures. You\'ll play a key role in the care and support of customers, including proactive incident monitoring. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/ Information systems/ Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 year of working experience in application support/Technology Operations support in banking and financial services domain such as Cards, Payments processing is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communications along with strong interpersonal communication skills. Customer call handling experience would be an added advantage
• Working experience in database like SQL/Oracle or an equivalent RDBMS database systems is preferred
• Exposure to any of legacy systems like Stratus and/or Tandem would be advantageous
• Knowledge or working experience on the batch scheduling tool for such as Autosys/control M/CA-7 etc.,
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as Geneos, Netcool and log analytical tool such as SPLUNK would be advantageous
• Understanding of ITIL principles and exposure to incident management, change management and problem management practices.
• Good knowledge of Unix OS/Linux with the ability to carry out root cause analysis, driving Service improvement initiatives. Passion for continuous learning and improving systems

• Knowledge on one or more of the following Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/google cloud offering would be a plus
