Job Description
Our client, a leading international bank, is looking for a Technology Risk Manager to join their Second Line of Defense team in Singapore. This is a great opportunity for an experienced risk professional to play a key role in strengthening technology risk oversight across a complex and dynamic banking environment.
Responsibilities
Provide independent challenge and oversight of technology and cyber risks. Contribute to the design and enhancement of technology risk frameworks, policies, and standards. Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on technology and operational resilience. Review risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs), incidents, and remediation plans from the first line. Support risk governance, reporting, and assurance activities. Present risk insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive effective decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience in Technology Risk Management, IT Audit, or Cyber Risk, ideally in a banking or financial services setting. Familiarity with MAS and regional/APAC regulations around technology and cyber risk. Strong understanding of IT controls, operational resilience, and risk management practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, etc.) are an advantage.
