Job Description
Salary: $3000 - $3500Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 amxe2x80x936 pmLocation: Near to Macpherson MRT (500m walking distance to office)Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Incident tracking, resolution and escalation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for improving existing systems and processes.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance client IT infrastructure.
- Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma with Professional Certifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a system integrator environment.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools
