Salary: $3000 - $3500Working time: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am6 pmLocation: Near to Macpherson MRT (500m walking distance to office)Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
Incident tracking, resolution and escalation in a timely manner.
Collaborate with client IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support client IT staff.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Identify opportunities for improving existing systems and processes.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance client IT infrastructure.

Requirments:

Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma with Professional Certifications.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a system integrator environment.
Familiarity with remote desktop tools
