Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and implementation of technology and business strategies to achieve company objectives Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across different business units to ensure smooth project execution Utilize data analytics and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve workflows and enhance product delivery efficiency Conduct research on market trends and emerging technologies to support innovation initiatives Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency and compliance Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields Knowledge of big data analytics or AI-related projects Experience in digital product development or technology-driven operations At least eight years of relevant experience in technology strategy, operations, or project management, preferably in a technology-driven company. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across multifunctional teams * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
