Focus: Telco Operations Support, Invoice Management and Project Coordination

The Talent
Bachelor\'s degree preferred
3 years experience of relevant work experience
Proven experience in operations support, invoice management, and project coordination within the telecommunications or related industry.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
The Job
Invoice Management: Review, validate, and process telecommunications invoices from various vendors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures.
Operational Escalations: Act as a central point of contact for operational escalations, promptly addressing issues and facilitating timely resolutions.
Project Assistance: Support the Telco Team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key projects.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to telecommunications operations, invoices, and escalations.
Vendor Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with telecommunications vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes related to invoice management, escalations, and project coordination.
