Job Description
Coordinate daily tasks according to instructions from supervisors Delegate work and responsibilities to team members Troubleshoot any issues that may occur on site and follow the proper procedure of upwards reporting Enforce the safe use of tools, machinery and equipment Ensure compliance to approved Codes of Practice, safety procedures, Singapore Standards, etc. Prepare and submit progress reports Read plant maps and plant works accordingly Lead and train team members; evaluate their performance and give constructive feedback as necessary Resolve conflicts among workers quickly and amicably Ensure all equipment and machinery are kept in good conditionRequirements English speaking Able to work in shifts and on weekends if necessary BCSS (Building and Construction Safety Supervisor) Certification Able to lead by example Having a Class 3 and/or 4 driving license will be an added advantage Experience with working with migrant workers would be an added advantage
