Construction Supervisor
Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Supervise construction workers to ensure proper execution of building structural works
b. Prepare rebar bending schedule and submit to maincon
c. Prepare work schedule and arrange workers' assignment
d. To oversee construction projects include coordinating with Maincon
e. Able to resolve construction site issues
f. To conduct quality check of works
g. Follow maincon to inspection of reinforced concrete works
h. Maintain site safety and ensure that safety requirements are enforced
i. To order site materials and equipment
j. To be able to carry out site works when necessitated
k. Able to carry-out Quantity take-off
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
a. Minimum Technical Construction Certificates
b. Over 5-years experience in general building construction
c. Working knowledge in reinforced concrete works.
d. To work independently and ability to interact with site personnels of all levels
e. Will be required to perform overtime works
f. Able to work with challenging clients
