Working Days: 5-day work week (including weekends & public holidays)
Working Hours: Retail hours, 44 hours per week

Job Summary
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers, promoting the company's range of beauty and wellness solutions, and driving appointment bookings with outlets. You will also handle inbound calls and customer enquiries while ensuring high levels of service and professionalism. Success in this role is measured by achieving targeted appointment confirmation and turn-up rates.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing campaigns. Introduce and promote the company's beauty and wellness products and services. Handle inbound calls, address customer enquiries, and manage feedback with professionalism. Arrange and confirm customer appointments with the respective outlets. Achieve targeted appointment confirmation and customer turn-up rates through proactive follow-up.
Job Requirements
Service-oriented with a passion for beauty and wellness. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing, customer service, or related fields.
