Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for calling potential customers for business opportunities
- Introduce company available programmes or services to potential customers
- Work closely with the sales team in achieve KPI
- Assist in leads generation
- Constant update of customers\' information in Salesforce database
- Record and process customers\' orders, needs and requirements accurately
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Higher NITEC in any discipline
- At least 1 - 2 years of telemarketing/ telesales experience
- Prior working experience in higher education industry will be an added advantage
