The Opportunity

- It is an opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive to join their team
- Office Location: CBP/Ubi
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be an added advantage - those who take HI will be awarded (not mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
- Sales driven and possess can-do attitude.
- BCP & PGI certificates (once offered need to pass both papers in order to start work)
