Telemarkerter
Working days : Mon - Friday 9am - 6pm
Location : Expo (Changi South)
Salary : SGD 2200 - SGD 2600 + Incentive
Responsibilities
- Delivering scripted talks that describe the company\'s products or services, to persuade potential customers
- Explaining company products and services
- Answering customer information about company products and services
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements
- Obtaining customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services
- Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Maintaining records of customer contacts
- Cold call people using a given phone directory, LinkedIn contact, google leads etc.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales as preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant IT industry will be an advantage (But product training will be provided)
