Roles & Responsibilities
The Role: We are on a look out for enthusiastic Telemarketers to generate sales by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to arrange appointments with our sales person and achieving KPIs in the process. If you are filled with energy, passion and resilience, you are going to fit in perfectly!
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling prospective clients to introduce our products and services
- Schedule and manage appointments by following up with gentle reminders to clients to avoid no-shows
- Maximize opportunities for the sales team to achieve sales target and facilitate future sales
- Engage with the aim of converting potential leads to customers
- Keep customers updated with latest offerings to build trust and ensure top of mind awareness
- Ensure that appointments are documented, and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Added advantage if candidate has prior experience as a telemarketer, similar sales/customer service role
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter and able to work independently to drive results Persuasive, resilient and patient to handle queries and rejections
- Good negotiation skill and able to deal with complaints
- Results-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in time management, able to multitasks and work as a team
Mon - Fri: 6 - 8 hours a day Salary: $8-$10/hr (depending on experience) Weekdays only
