Make outbound calls to prospective/existing customers.
Introduce products or services and explain their benefits.
Answer customer queries and handle objections professionally.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
Update and manage call records and leads in the system.
Meet weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Follow up on previous interactions to nurture leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team when necessary.
Provide feedback on customer interactions and potential leads.
Requirements:
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
