Key responsibilities

Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote the company's products and services Identifying customer needs and pain points to tailor sales pitches Building rapport with customers and converting leads into sales Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets Providing feedback to the management team on customer pain points and market trends

What we're looking for

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound call Centre environment Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines A resilient and persistent nature to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software A keen interest in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry

Friday: 9:30AM to 5:30PM
