Telemarketer
who thrives in communication, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently represent our brand to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce EDM33's digital marketing services.
Qualify leads, identify business needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call records, lead databases, and follow-up activities in CRM systems.
Work closely with the marketing and sales departments to refine call scripts and outreach strategies.
Achieve daily and weekly performance targets (e.g. qualified leads, appointments set).
Provide feedback from prospects to help improve our campaigns and service offerings.

Requirements
Minimum
0-1 year of experience
in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service (B2B experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented attitude.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive tone throughout calls.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Malay is a plus (to liaise with local business owners).
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (training will be provided).
