- Cold calling candidates and potential clients.
- Answer incoming calls and reply to queries.
- Persuade potclient'sential clients to participate in events and campaigns.
- Record information accurately in an excel/word document.
- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation.
- Keep records of calls and other useful information.
- Open concept layout office located near Newton MRT.
- Fun and Inspiring work culture.
- Exposure to the financial industry.
- A full certificate in GCE 'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
- Singapore Citizens are preferred.
- Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
- Patient and able to handle client rejection.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in English and Chinese to communicate with our Chinese speaking clients.
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
