Job Summary

: We are seeking motivated and results-driven Telemarketers to join our dynamic team at Ace Broker Pte Ltd, a leading general insurance brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and an interest in the insurance industry. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our insurance products, and setting appointments for our sales team. We welcome interns and fresh graduates as well!

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of general insurance products, including but not limited to home, auto, and commercial insurance. Qualify leads by gathering relevant customer information and identifying their insurance needs. Schedule appointments for the sales team to provide quotes and close sales. Maintain and update client records in the CRM system. Achieve monthly and quarterly call and lead generation targets. Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring all inquiries are handled professionally. Follow up with leads and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay updated on the latest insurance products, industry trends, and company offerings.

Qualifications

:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus. Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients. Basic understanding of insurance products is an advantage but not required (training will be provided). Comfortable working with CRM software and other office technology. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle rejection.
