Work Location: TampinesWorking Days: Monday to FridayResponsibilities:
To call prospects from provided leads, introducing their product offerings.
To build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients by actively following up on leads, engaging in productive conversations, and nurturing relationships.
To employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs, address concerns, and present tailored solutions that align with their objectives.
To utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively overcome objections and close sales, ensuring a high conversion rate
To perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
Possess GCE A Levels, Diploma or Degree in any field with min 1 year of sales / cold calling experience.
Candidates with CMFAS certifications BCP, PGI and HI will be an advantage
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Have passion for customer service and keen to learn
