Description LTVplus helps businesses free their sales teams from pre-sales legwork to focus on high-value activities. We specialize in high-quality lead research, outreach, and live chat. Our skilled and trained lead researchers find the right contacts for our clients, granting their sales and marketing teams superpowers! Headquartered in the US, we started LTVplus to free businesses from the legwork and grow their sales pipelines. We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who is meticulous and able to help us in our lead generation projects. The individual will also have to ensure that all leads pass our quality assurance check. If you love working with data, are able to process huge amounts of data, stay focused, love performing repetitive tasks, and are always a team player, you’re the perfect match!
Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven excellence in business development, indirect sales (outbound outreach/campaigns)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in Email campaigns is strongly desired
  • Experience using Reply.io and HubSpot would be a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of SDR and lead development of best practices and procedures
  • Proven ability to perform successfully given low oversight and limited process
  • 100% reliable and detail-oriented. A drive to execute flawlessly.
  • A positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic. Driven and self-sufficient.
  • A basic understanding of Lead Researching is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for the client
  • Develop opportunities for the client from prospecting
  • Work with Client to identify ongoing strategic targets
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, LinkedIn, and email with high attention to detail
  • Diligently update our CRM, docs, worksheets, to stay current on leads and follow-ups;
  • Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of attack, including email and call scripts
  • Quickly learn the Client's product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions
