Job Description


  • Generate and qualify leads for SingPost e-commerce logistics solutions, key man insurance, and banking and financing solutions for small and medium enterprises (B2B) via outbound & inbound sales prospecting
  • Apply telesales & marketing methodology to initiate contact with dormant accounts and/ or potential clientele to prospect for selling, cross-selling activities and generate leads
  • Identify prospect\'s needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Sell SingPost e-commerce logistics solutions directly to small and medium enterprises (B2B)
  • Arrange referrals to relevant Sales Representatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeated business and referrals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Any other tasks assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales / telesales
  • Established capabilities to be able to adapt to a dynamic working environment
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through referrals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and referrals
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated can-do attitude and ownership over allocated tasks
  • Experience with Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems is preferred
