Job Summary:

Basic: $3500-$4000

Location: Changi South

Working timing: Mon to Fri, 8:30am-6:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing orders / follow-up delivery date to our customers.

• To follow up orders / shipment date with the suppliers.

• Liaise with forwarder for delivery and collection of goods.

• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working Experience in import & export coordinating for Air & Sea with knowledge of LC negotiations and order processing will be added advantage.

• Sound knowledge of Incoterms is one of the merit points.

• Good communications and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and suppliers.

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Able to communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

• PC literate and familiar with SAP software.
