Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
To coordinate the digitisation exercise for HER with other client registries:
1. To come up with a schedule for files to be sent/retrieved from the digitisation vendor
2. To coordinate the packing and labelling of cartons with the other registries together with the manifests and handover forms
For and to coordinate with HQ Registry:
1. Sort, pack, send and keep track of the documents to the vendor for scanning.
2. Work with record managers from each division to do quality control checks for hardcopy documents against scanned softcopies
3. Upload the scanned documents to client\'s electronic registry
4. Assist in any other duties required for the digitisation exercise
Work Arrangement:
Location: Newton
Duration: 11 Months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)
Salary: $2200 - $3000/Month
Job Requirements: * Candidate will be moving around various museums to assist with the digitization exercise
