Responsibilities
- Handling documentations work in accordance to various regulation needs
- Generate reports from system on regular basis
- Maintain and update all files pertaining to general administration and invoicing
- Process, post and retrieve required data to and from the database system
- Perform cross-training to other Specialists when required
- Gain direction from Team Leader/Supervisor on work assignments
- Conduct all assigned work in compliance with organization\'s safety and quality requirements
- Communicate operation issues to Team Leader Any other tasks as assigned
- other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Min Alevel, diploma/Nitec in any field
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, excel sheet
