Job Description


--The Opportunity:

  • Opportunity to learn and gain experience in a reputable organization!
  • Salary: Up $2500
  • Location: Kaki Bukit!
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30AM-5.30PM)
  • Duration: 6 month contract - renewable
  • No Experience is ok! - Training provided
Duties:
  • Assisting with daily admin task such as data entry, filing, sorting, scanning and updating of documents
  • Handle general documentation, filing of service reports
  • Any other Adhoc duties/support as assigned where needed
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills such as MS Office
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
